Your gifts and technology may get someone in the door.
But presence builds LOYALTY. 🩵

Two PEMF machines running hour on the hour.

My weeks were full and minimal cancellations.

Even the week I sold my business… I was fully booked.
And the two weeks after that.

People assume that must have been because of pricing, promotions or discounts.

It wasn’t.

It was Face Time.

When clients walked into my office, they didn’t just get a session.

They got Attention.
Eye contact.
Questions.
Conversation.

Because most people walking through the door aren’t feeling Great.

They’re in pain.
They’re exhausted.
They’re frustrated because no one has been able to help them connect the dots.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can give someone isn’t technology…
It’s being seen without judgement and truly heard.

After I sold the business, something surprised me.

The machines were still there.

The room was the same.

But the energy changed.

The new owner often had Bluetooth AirPods in her ears.

Maybe she was listening to music.
Maybe she was taking calls.
I don’t know.

But here’s what I do know:

YOU are not that important when you are running a client-centered business.

Phone calls can wait.

They can be returned after you leave the room.

The person sitting in front of you deserves your Undivided Attention ...
ALWAYS.

Think about it from the client’s perspective.

They walked in because something in their body isn’t working right.

They want help.
They want answers.
They want someone to listen.

And instead they see someone with earbuds in their ears, half present.

Even if you care…

It doesn’t feel like you do.

And that subtle shift is enough to lose people.

Technology may get someone in the door.
But presence builds loyalty.

When someone sits down and feels like you are truly listening, something POWERFUL happens:

They trust you.
They come back.
They tell their friends.

Not because of any discount…

But because you treated them with Kindness, Respect and that showed "I am here to help... I SEE you".

If your PEMF machines aren’t full right now, the issue might not be the technology.

It might be the experience around it.

If you’d like a present, honest opinion about why your machines may not be booked out, let’s talk.

I’m happy to schedule a call and see where you might be leaving opportunity on the table and how I can assist you.

Send me a message on my CONTACT PAGE and we’ll take a look together.
